Submitting a Sample
Please include a completed sample submission form with samples. Label each sample tube/container using a permanent marker, with a unique sample ID that matches the IDs provided on the Analysis Request form.

Download and complete our Analysis Request Form either in PDF format or as a Word document, and send it along with your samples.
List of Regulations
It is important to include all relevant documentation when sending your samples to Analytica to minimise any risk of samples being delayed at the New Zealand border, or prevented from entering New Zealand.
